Volunteers referred to volunteering during the war by an authorized body or by volunteers coordinators of the Welfare Ministry and municipalities, who have been wounded in the course and because of their volunteering activity during the war - are entitled to compensation for their physical or mental prejudice caused by the injury, similarly to the eligibility of victims of work injury, this provided that the volunteering was designed to help families, casualties, security an rescue forces.
